SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Rates:
- Standard Shipping: $8.00
- Free Shipping on orders over $70
Delivery Times: Most US orders arrive within 7–15 business days depending on the supplier and your location.
Multiple Packages: Some orders may ship in separate packages from different suppliers and arrive on different dates. You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.
International Shipping: We currently ship to US addresses only. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand to your country.
Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking to update.
Address Accuracy: Hers & His Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout before completing your order.
Holiday Delays: During peak seasons (November–January), delivery times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience.
Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, please contact us and we'll investigate.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Hers & His Beauty is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported missing. Please contact your local carrier or file a claim with them directly.
